Community Guidelines
Build a Community Worth Being Part Of
Jephthah Agabe Official exists to encourage purposeful living, authentic growth, discipline, self-mastery, faith-driven development and transformational leadership. These guidelines help us maintain a thoughtful, respectful and constructive environment for everyone who engages with the platform.
Our Community Standard
We believe meaningful conversations can challenge ideas without diminishing people. You are welcome to disagree, question, contribute and offer a different perspective. The standard is simple: engage with others with respect, honesty and responsibility.
Strong ideas do not require disrespectful people to defend them. Challenge the idea. Respect the person.
1. Treat People With Respect
Speak to others with basic dignity and courtesy. Differences in opinions, experiences, backgrounds and perspectives are part of healthy discussion.
Personal attacks, humiliation, harassment, intimidation and deliberately degrading another person do not contribute to the community we are building.
2. Disagree Without Disrespect
You do not have to agree with every article, opinion or perspective shared by Jephthah Agabe Official. Thoughtful disagreement is welcome.
When challenging an idea, address the substance of the idea rather than attacking the person presenting it.
3. Keep Discussions Constructive
Contributions should add value to the conversation whenever possible. Ask meaningful questions, share relevant experiences, offer useful perspectives and help move discussions forward.
4. No Harassment or Bullying
We do not support repeated unwanted targeting, threats, intimidation, bullying or abusive behaviour toward other members, contributors or visitors.
5. No Hate or Dehumanising Content
Content that attacks, dehumanises or promotes hostility toward people or groups based on protected or personal characteristics is not consistent with these guidelines.
6. Protect Personal Information
Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate permission. This includes personal contact information, private correspondence, account credentials and other information that someone would reasonably expect to remain private.
7. Share Authentic Contributions
Do not deliberately impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority in order to mislead others.
When sharing information, make a reasonable effort to distinguish personal opinion from factual claims.
8. Avoid Spam and Unwanted Promotion
Repeated advertising, irrelevant promotional material, deceptive links, automated comments and attempts to manipulate discussions are not appropriate for the community.
9. Respect Intellectual Property
Share your own work or content you have permission to use. When referring to another person's work, give appropriate attribution and avoid presenting someone else's work as your own.
10. Keep Content Appropriate
Content shared through community spaces should be appropriate for the intended audience and consistent with applicable law and the purpose of the platform.
Content involving threats, exploitation, illegal activity, explicit material or other seriously harmful material may be removed where appropriate.
11. Engage in Good Faith
Healthy communities depend on people participating honestly. Deliberate attempts to provoke conflict, manipulate discussions, spread false information or disrupt the community may result in moderation action.
Awaken your thinking. Build your character. Lead your conversations with integrity.
Moderation
Jephthah Agabe Official reserves the right to moderate, edit, restrict or remove community contributions that violate these guidelines or otherwise compromise the safety, integrity or purpose of the platform.
Depending on the circumstances, repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions on participation or other appropriate action.
Moderation decisions may consider the context, seriousness, repetition and potential impact of the behaviour or content.
